appear whenever I try to reset unlock code counter.

I’ve Huawei E8231s-1 modem.
I unlocked it in my 1st attempt.
It was working fine.
But it was locked again after update.
It’s reset unlock counter become zero.
I try to reset counter with DC-Unlocker.
An error appear as”+CME ERROR :50″
I try to down grade upgrade firmware.
then here also appear an error as
“error code 16, failed to switch download mode”.
can you give me any instructions please.
