Etisalat has been confirmed working with tunnelGuru VPN, it all seems like TunnelGuru was dead after it was blocked on MTN and Etisalat last year but yea it is 2014 now and it hass started working again.
How to configure TunnelGuru to work with Etisalat

If you are new to TunnelGuru the first 3 steps are for you if now just head to step 4 but make sure you have the latest version 2.6.1.0
- Download java on your computer if you dont have java installed download here
- Register and account for TunnelGuru here
- Now download the latest TunnelGuru for your computer (32bit or 64bit) here
- Now login to you account online and Update TG no goto [ TG Client->About Box] in web account.
- Following the settings on the picture below
In the web host you can use any of the below servers also

On your browser for example Mozila goto Tools->Options->Advance->Network->Settings->manual Proxy Configuration and use proxy 6052 for Proxifier use port 6054/6055/6056 .
It is said that it browses faster with Antivirus Turned off.
How to Setup TunnelGuru VPN over HTTP
If you want to use VPN over HTTP..First Start HTTP Tunnel ( using the above steps)
Then Come to VPN TAB and Start VPN then set it up as the picture below.
Please note: If you are using this option you MUST be using the same server for both of them
Say You have first started HTTP using any UK location server , Then use TCP VPN server from UK location only.
If you are usign VPN do not forget to REMOVE proxy settings (6052) from individual application like Mozilla etc.
